Is it possible to set the Caster Level of these feats equal to the Character's caster level, rather than the weird defaults that were put into the game engine? This would make them a lot more useful and probably more expensive to make in most cases.
Well, in theory, the answer is yes (isn't it always? :p ), but we'd have to bypass the standard mechanics. I sorta pulled this off before with tag based scripting, though there were bugs. The one I remember specifically was that I couldn't get the new scrolls to be "scribe-able"--so you could write the scroll, but then not hand it off to your apprentice to learn it. In theory, this is also surmountable. . . maybe.
I can't think of any wand specific problems I ran into, though.
