This is easily one of the coolest feats in the game, but that Epic Fortitude requirment is just bleh... could it be replaced by, say, Epic Toughness or Epic Resilience, maybe a 20 CHA requirment? Something more worthwhile for a CHA-based build.
In my opinion, extra hit points, especially for such a short duration, aren't powerful enough to warrant the requirements here. In many ways, a Heal spell is more powerful than this, which requires a feat and isn't going to last more than 10-14 rounds, depending on how much energy you put into Charisma.
I would dump all the requirements except for epic level and a 20 or so Charisma.
Some days I think the requirements on epic feats are just there to "prove" that they're epic, so there's no point in this being the climax of a long feat progression. Epic Toughness makes much more sense as a requirement (Epic Resilience requires Epic Toughness, so it lengthens the feat tree there), if feats be required at all.
