That second floor of the inn is too dark.Happens that the colour are darker than they appear everywhere else. :)

It's possible to add some white light in the area and make it more brighter? aww

That's pretty neutral lightning... if you add light to it'll just distort the color and make that place LAG like before IMO.

It is a tad dark, but as you can see, we have people who hate point lights. I'll be putting appearance changers in the ship soonish, though, and that might be brighter / better lighting.
