Characters and their respective special abilities
(Preview)
So, at this point it's pretty clear that everyone on board is, IC, wierd even by DnD universe standards :P. More specifically, a lot of our characters have certain qualities or abilities that are not neccisarily a part of the actual base classes, PRC's or races (or are in PNP but have never shown up in NW...

Barring horrendous catastrophe, or the need for rescheduling, I am scheduling session 1 of the Search for the Archive on Sunday, January 27th, starting at 12 pm Central time (GMT-6). If this time works out well, future sessions will be at least weekly at the same time. The questhook(s) has already be...

Coming Update
(Preview)
So, we're planning on updating tonight (just waiting for the files to stage), and part of this update is the redoing of the armor haks. We get some new stuff, and its fixing gaps in the old stuff. Doing the same for weapons is planned, but it didn't make it into this update. I tried not to significantly imp...

Do we want to bother with new custom heads / hair?
(Preview)
I ask because of this: NWN2 Facelift Pack. I only have briefly looked at it so far, but it looks really well done. Making it non-replacing wouldn't be that much work either. . . or shouldn't be, anyway. This would be in addition to the Sigil selection o' stuf.

Time! Time!

So, I am quite fond of persistent time, and adding it is pretty easy. The trouble is, I'm not sure how/if time is measured on the planes, and I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions on how we'd "mark" it?

Server Rules?
(Preview)
Hopefully this is a quick and painless thing to get out of the way. Are there any specific rules we want for the server? Some of us discussed this over steam chat, and the consensus seemed to be to keep it simple. So what about this? 1) Be courteous to your fellow players. 2) Don't cheat, exploit scriptin...

Gamespy down

For those who do not know yet I feel it is safe to warn you that Gamespy has pulled the pull on support on many of it's older games. This means that when you start up the game there is no longer any server lists. Only way to connect now is via direct connect, history, or faves.

To all involved in the Ad Astra project, Most, if not all of us, are coming in from Sigil for various reasons.
